Lifeline provides access to crisis support, suicide prevention and mental health support services.


 Suicideline 

An all-hours service available throughout Victoria providing suicide prevention counselling and support, crisis intervention, information for people.


Suicide Call Back Service

Offers free phone counselling 24/7. They also provide online web chat. This service is for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, those who have lost someone to suicide or caring for someone that has suicidal ideation


Salvation Army Care Line

Salvo Care Line provides a 24 hour, professional, Christian telephone counselling service.

 Blueboard 

Blueboard is an online support group for people over the age of 18 years affected by depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders and Borderline Personality Disorder. Blueboard provides discussion space for consumers and carers and is moderated by consumers.


Borderline Personality Disorder 

Provides information on Borderline Personality Disorder, including treatments, co-occurring disorders and the impact of Borderline Personality Disorder on family members and other relationships.


Borderline Support

Provides information and support for those diagnosed with BPD.


 BPD Central 

BPD Central is one of the most respected sites on the Web for people who care about someone who may have Borderline Personality Disorder.


BPD Demystified 

This website provides information and education on Borderline Personality Disorder for patients, carers and mental health professionals.


BPD Family 

The BPD family website aims to provide educational and emotional support to family, friends, and partners of people with borderline personality disorder or emotional dysregulation. The site provides an anonymous message board for carers to connect with others.


BPDRecovery  

BPDRecovery is a site that focuses on recovering from Borderline Personality Disorder using tools that are predominantly Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) oriented. The site provides education and a forum to voice thoughts and opinions. All are welcome at the site, however, they recommend that the site will be most helpful to those who are currently focussed on their own recovery.


BPDWORLD  

BPDWORLD is a UK based website providing information on Borderline Personality Disorder, suicide and self harm. Although some information is UK specific, the website does offer “Online Support” and “Community Forums” to connect with others.


Borderline Personality Resource Centre 

Provides resources, brochures and information about Borderline Personality Disorder.


DBT Self-Help 

This website is a service for people who are seeking information about DBT (Dialectal Behavior Therapy). The website does not give advice and was not developed by professionals. It offers the experiences of people who have received DBT.


 International Society for the Study of Personality Disorders (ISSPD) 

The ISSPD stimulates and supports scholarship, clinical experience, international collaboration and communication of research on all aspects of personality disorders including both diagnosis, course and treatment. Through its Regional and National organizations ISSPD encourages the initiative of education and research on personality disorders as well as collaborative efforts across countries and regions.


National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEA.BPD Australia)

Is an Australian organisation raising public awareness, provides education and promotes research to enhance the quality of life of those with BPD.  


National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEA-BPD) 

NEA-BPD is anon-profit organisation staffed by volunteering consumers, family members, and professionals. NEA-BPD seeks to "Advance the BPD Agenda" by raising public awareness of BPD, providing education, and promoting research about borderline personality disorder through a variety of programs.

Orygen Youth Health (OYH) is working to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people.

Black Dog Institute 

The Black Dog Institute is a not-for-profit, educational, research, clinical and community-oriented facility offering specialist expertise in depression and Bipolar Disorder.


 Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) 

CCI has also developed a number of resources for consumers, mental health practitioners, and doctors, many of which are freely available through this website.


e-couch 

e-couch is a self-help interactive program with modules for depression, generalised anxiety & worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, and loss & grief.


GROW 

GROW is a national organisation that provides a peer supported program for growth and personal development to people with a mental illness and those people experiencing difficulty in coping with life’s challenges.

Mental Health Association 

We provide information, support and education to people who are affected by mental illness, or who seek to improve their emotional wellbeing.


MoodGYM 

MoodGYM is an innovative, interactive web program designed to prevent depression. It consists of five modules, an interactive game, anxiety and depression assessments, downloadable relaxation audio, a workbook and feedback assessment.


PsychForums  

PsychForums provides a space for consumers and support persons to connect with others experiencing similar issues regarding mental health. There is a personality disorder specific section, including forums on Antisocial Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Histrionic Personality Disorder and Schizoid Personality Disorder.
